Our Vadodara facility is purpose-built for storing, handling and processing heavy steel plates — from stockyard to finished profile under one roof.
Approximately 26,000 sq. ft. of covered industrial shed dedicated to steel processing — CNC profile cutting, 12 kW laser cutting, CNC drilling, material handling, production, inspection and finished-material staging.
Approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of dedicated open yard for steel plate storage — maintaining substantial stock across grades, thicknesses, widths, lengths, makes and heat numbers for large-volume requirements and faster availability.
Four heavy-duty overhead cranes, each with 20-ton lifting capacity, for safe handling of heavy, large and thick plates, profile-cut components, and loading & unloading.
Hydra equipment supports efficient heavy-plate loading, unloading and yard movement across the open stockyard and trailer bays.
